ODFToEPub pricing
You have to purchase a license to run ODFToEPub. The end user license is for interactive use, either as an Apache OpenOffice or LibreOffice extension or stand-alone. The batch license lets you use it programmatically. It doesn't allow you, however, to redistribute it.
